Discarded chewing gum appears to stick everywhere, on bus and train seats, on playgrounds, in parking lots, and on every street. And then it stays with you! So, what's the best method for getting rid of gum?

Chewing gum is such a big deal that many methods have been developed to get rid of homemade gum. 1. Salt and washing liquid

This popular method is useful when the rubber has spread to clothing materials. Put a little washing liquid on the gums, then add salt. Rub the rubber with another material to remove it.

3. Beat the egg whites

After most of the gum has been removed (for example by removing or freezing it), rub the lightly beaten egg whites into the residue for a few minutes. Prolonged scrubbing can completely remove the gums.

Discard the gum in a large area

Chewing gum is a big problem in the UK even though it can be thrown away without clutter and trash cans on every street corner.

Chewing gum in the UK is classified as waste under a law that came into effect in 2005. This means that people can be fined if they are caught littering chewing gum and the local government must clean it up.
